What we want to do!

Canoe As much of the length of England as possible and in the process hopefully set/break a world record (currently waiting for Guinness world records to get back to us)

Where we're at !

So far we have the route planed (pic to follow) total distance 925 km.

We plan to start our Journey near Tebay in Cumbria and finish in Littlehampton in East Sussex, using canals and rivers. Trying to just use canals to join rivers together although this is not all ways possible so there will be some long canal sections.

Currently our only sponsor is http://www.countryexperiences.com/ who are giving us a lift to the start and coming to collect us when we are done.

If anyone would like to sponsor us for a mention on this blog and poss a mention in any magazine articles।Depending on size of sponsorship. It would be greatly appreciated

Any clubs/other canoeists along the way who would like to join us for a bit would be more that welcome.

It is a decent journey that can be done staying with in the country , does not have the big expense of traveling abroad or logistical hassle.

Get to see England from a unique view point, hopefully meet some interesting people along the way.

Right now we are planing to do about 25 km a day, so the total trip will take about 37 days at this rate .
